Terms:  

A 10% buyer's premium will be charged to the high bidder.  Example: high bid $10,000 x 10%  = $11,000

Any additional registration fees from the State of Montana will be paid by buyer. 

In order to be approved to bid an irrevocable letter of credit from a financial institution establishing the seller as the beneficiary of the bid amount emailed to jk@bidquefy.com no later than January 8th, 2019 @ 5 p.m.

“High bidder of this auction must submit full payment within 24 hours of end date of auction. Payment will be held in a trust account until buyer's Alcoholic Beverage License application and background check have been approved by the State of Montana. Rules provided by the State of Montana must be followed. Buyer must complete a Montana Alcoholic Beverage License application and pass a background check.  A buyer that applies for a Montana Alcoholic Beverage License, and does not pass the required application/background check from the State of Montana will be refunded the high bid price minus the nonrefundable buyer's premium fee. 

 

 

 

In order to be approved to bid an irrevocable letter of credit from a financial institution establishing the seller as the beneficiary of the bid amount. Bidder must pay full payment within 24 hours of end date of auction. Payment will be held in a trust account until high bidder has been approved for a Montana State Alcoholic Beverage License by the State of Montana. In the event that the high bidder does not get approved, the money minus the buyer's premium amount will be refunded to the high bidder. Any other expenses incurred from denial of application will be paid by the high bidder.
